INTRODUCTION
The actuality and importance of the theme. In the conditions of globalization of both the world economy and international economic relations, the foreign trade activity clearly increases, which represents an extremely important segment for the country's economy, as a whole, and for each economic entity, in particular. Currently, foreign trade is one of the means, the effective levers inherent in technical-economic, technical-scientific and social progress, which considerably facilitates the solution of more acute social problems, while marking the lifestyle and work of the population. The active use of foreign trade directly contributes to overcoming negative processes in the economy and the continuous development of market relations. The collaboration and promotion of sustained economic relations with foreign countries strengthens the ennobling of the field of commercial service with progressive experience, representing at the same time a factor of economic growth, of the intensification of production and its improvement with advanced technologies. They also mean saturating the domestic market with consumer goods and promoting domestic products in foreign markets.
